The hotel offers a lovely and cosy stay in a great location, perfect for exploring. However, the room layout may be a bit tight for moving around comfortably.
The hotel is situated in a quiet area a stone's throw from Southsea Common and within easy reach of many attractions in Portsmouth. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, well-furnished, and very welcoming after a long day, although a bit hot at times. The service was efficient, friendly, and endlessly helpful. The dining experience was one of the very best, although a bit expensive. The facilities were top-notch, making the stay enjoyable overall.
The hotel provided spacious rooms with lots of mirrors and plug sockets, offering a comfortable and cozy stay despite needing a refurbishment. The lovely staff and excellent breakfast service enhanced the overall experience.
